Starbucks — Restaurant in Mont-Tremblant

What great old fashioned service at this place! My buddy and I came in one evening for a brew and struck up a conversation with the guy behind the counter taking our order. He had had a long day (17 hr shift!). So we sympathized and joked around a bit with him and ordered a couple of Teavanas. I guess he was moved by our friendliness and he insisted on putting the Teavanas on his tab! Dido for a hot water refill I asked for a half hour later. Then, later in the evening, another employee clearing a table next to ours struck up a friendly conversation with us. She was pleasant and genuine and the three of us exchanged ideas about things for a few minutes. It was all a very pleasant evening on a random weeknight. Kudos for the good vibes at this place! I tried ordering a drink the way I always order it in every Starbucks and never had an issue, but for some reason this morning they did not want to make it my way. I simply asked to have it made in a cup and not in a shaker because I am allergic to coffee and sometimes it taste like coffee and there is a big chance of cross contamination with the plastic shakers and I asked super politely, but for some reason, the girls were incredibly rude and disrespectful, and when I asked to talk to her boss, her boss was also very disrespectful telling me it would debalance her inventory when that makes absolutely no sense .. they also let their employees reach over the counter and punched their own orders when I know for a fact that is frowned upon because I've seen other employees in other Starbucks get told not to do that and when I approached her about that, she brushed me off and kept being...

Walked into the cafe to be yelled at because they were over capacity and we had to wait outside. This was a very bad start to my experience. They could have politely said hello! We're at capacity, please wait outside until we go back under 4 people. Instead we were yelled at and told to get out because they were over capacity.

I was served my cold brew coffee with milk and it wasn't stirred, it was just thrown on to the table and my name wasn't even called out. I was staring at the staff going by trying to get attention I even said hello? and they ignored me and wouldn't make eye contact. I had to go back to the cash to be served a wooden stick with my un-mixed cold brew. They could have told me to go to the cash if I wanted on at least instead of not making eye contact and ignoring my hello.
