Sushi Shop Westminster — Restaurant in Montreal West

Have eaten a few different Sushi Shops around the MTL area and this one is all around the best so far. Still a new restaurant on the Westminster scene in Montreal-West so the location is very clean and set up well with a few tables for eating. Service was five star all the way and even though I had a decent sized custom order, the finished product was made in a timely manner. Very happy with the selection I got and even tried some of the new Blossom rolls (Sweet Passion & Ruby Red). Both very yummy along with the other rolls I know & love. So I stoped for a quick takeout and placed my order. Lady was nice, very efficient and kind. I had to pop in to washroom and was revolted.. there was a few layers of urine on the toilet. The sink was so dirty. There was no soap.. it was disgusting!!! I ended up taking some wet wipes from my purse and cleaned the seat and back of the seat because it was too revolting! Then I get my bowl and it was room temperature, had almost no flavour, and the lettuce was really wilted. Ended up eating the meal because I was starving but stomach is feeling queasy. Please…. Posted hours of operation are 11am to 9pm on the door and on their website. I placed an order online two hours in advance to be picked up at 11:45am. At the designated time, the store was closed, with no one inside. No one is picking up at the number listed online. Luckily I paid for it online of my credit card and I can get a reimbursement through them. However this was supposed to be a nice gesture for my staff on a Friday as a thank you.
