I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this Subway location (7420 Sherbrooke West, Montreal).
I ordered two 6-inch white bread sandwiches:
One with chicken, bacon, cheese, and barbecue sauce
One with chicken, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and mustard sauce
That’s it — nothing extra. But I was charged $25.68, which is outrageous.
When I went back to ask about the price, the staff (an Indian woman) just said “it’s correct” without giving any explanation. I didn’t argue at the time because of my son's lesson, but the more I think about it, the more absurd this feels.
To make things worse, she barely heated the bread — just 1 or 2 seconds — and the sandwiches were lukewarm and poorly made.
Subway needs to seriously look into this store. Overcharging customers and providing careless service is unacceptable. I demand a clear explanation, a refund, and proper action taken against this kind of behavior.

The staff at this place go to no lengths to even try to fake good customer service. Instead opting for incompetence and generally terrible service. Staff stares at the computer screen instead of tending to the growing queue, dismissively brush off questions, and even tell you that you are wrong to your face. There is also an unbelievable shortage of bread at this particular location. And the response you get sounds more like they were too lazy to bake a new batch. Read moreI'm what you call a subway fanatic and have had a lot of subway in my time but this place is the worst. They never put Spanish in you sub, they add 3 leafs and act like its a delicacy. Every employee there always take's 3-5 minutes at the minimum to ask for your order. Another issue is they never pay attention to who is ordering. I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter as they all sat in the back and talked, and never got compensation. Another time they were taking on the phone texting for several minutes and kept looked at me in the eye and didn't care how long i wait as his phone was more important them my service.
