A&W Canada — Restaurant in Montreal

This is specifically towards the actions of one supervisor . On the outside of the building there is a sign that clearly states breakfast all day with no fine print/details at the bottom . My partner and I ordered 2 breakfast plates at 12:05 or so without issue and just said it might be a little long to get everything ready , so they tell us to go park and wait a little , no problem . After 20 mins of waiting outside the super visor comes out and tells us that plates for breakfast end at 11 scolds us for ordering the plates and having to make her open another grill and to make our plates and that there's a sign outside saying that plates are not made after 11. After thorough search around the building there was no sign that said such things.

As an employee working in customer service this is not how you treat clients regardless of how organized you and your manager and your restaurant are . You make a mistake , you fix it you move on , you don't involve the client in the problems of...

Don’t send any hate to the Staff or people working there. This is my personal review and to others who share the same experience.

This Anw in Pierrefonds is pretty disappointing. All the staff look miserable, tired and lacking energy or passion.

The place was full of lids on the floor near the soda machine and there was was one fruit fly and the area was messy.

A lot of the mugs and trays were left in the back and not clean efficiently and quickly and not taken care off properly by clients and both employees. They need to fix that ASAP. Because it’s sad to see that here.

The food was alright and decent but the place and the inside and service is what made me not want to be back.

Their service was okay but they need to improve or fix that place. Most A&W’s I’ve been to are better but this one was is semi not the best.

So for now I don’t want to eat at this...

I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE! I can eat here day after day without getting sick of it (I don’t but if I didn’t care about my health I would haha). My go-to items are definitely the « Beyond Meat Burger », the chicken buddy burger, fries, poutine, onion rings. The beyond meat burger is wonderful, perfect for vegans out there or just a great healthier choice if you’re looking to change up, it tastes just like a real burger and it is sooo tasty and filling, the best beyond meat burger out there in my opinion is especially with the good pricing. The next choice is greaaat, the chicken buddy burger, it’s a small crispy chicken sandwich with pickles and you can add cheese, tomatoes, grilled onions,… and for the price of only 2.50 each, you can’t beat that… And for the sides, they’re all wonderful and tasty, would always comeback here, helpful staff and...
