I grew up in Montreal and returned a month ago after decades away. I was loyal to one of the famous Big2 Montreal bagel shops. Since being back, I've had bagels from several of the top shops. The bagels from Bagel Henri Bourassa are the best I've EVER had. Everything about them is perrfect. The slight char, the consistency, the unparalleled balance between sweet and smoky. They also make truly superb sandwiches. I think I've tried them all now. The best one is the BLT. It is mind-blowingly good. The egg is very close. It's not egg salad but rather like scrambled eggs with mayo. The tuna is also one not to miss. I can't say enough...

So how can I show fresh cooked products to love my ones of they will order extra?🤷 She said not allowed as others will copy their recipe's!😂 Explanaining her previous work place restaurant doesn't allow it. Nice, doughy, crispy, seedy bagels! I ate 4 in one sitting aya curumba! They also have indian specialties, kind of reminds me of the greatly missed DADs Bagels in NDG (RIP). De plus, they are happy to serve you in Enlgish :) ce qui est parfois rare dans mon quartier. J'adore!
