Billard Shooters — Restaurant in Montreal

Good afternoon, I was at shooters on the night of December 2nd for a friend's birthday (Mike and Charlie) and was treated unfairly and with excessive force over a situation that in no way should have escalated. I am left with bruises and that is not acceptable as I did absolutely nothing to deserve the treatment I received. At approximately 1am I was on my way to the bathroom. When I got there, the bouncer (Marko) told me there was too many people and that I needed to wait. I did so patiently outside the washroom for 2 minutes. Someone came out and I stayed outside, waiting. A minute later I used my foot to gently push open the door slightly (I did not kick it as the bouncer told me I did) to check if there were people and if I could go pee. There were 2 people washing their hands so I walked in. The bouncer then grabbed me by my hood and whipped me back. He then proceeded to tell me that he told me to wait and that there were people still in there. The toilets were in fact empty and he refused to let me in. I then told him that I didn’t need this and I was going to leave and he said I could go pee now (once the other 2 guys exited the washroom). I then repeat that I did not like the way he dealt with this and that I no longer wanted to stay at shooters and was leaving. I turned around to say goodbye to my friend mike when he followed and screamed the door is this way, pointing at the exit. I then asked if he was now kicking me out and he became very angry and violent. He ripped my beer out of my hand (which was 9$ wasted) and grabbed me by my back, neck and arms, and began to lift me up and violently push me out the door, first smashing me into both doors on the way out. He then pushed me in the middle of the parking lot. He proceeded by taking off his glasses while still screaming and began to push and shove as if he was about to fight me, even though I was outside walking on my way to my car. It took 5 people (customers, my friends even) had to hold this guy back and prevent him from continuing to attack me as I stood there silently and in shock. I have no idea what happened to upset this guy but this situation was not handle appropriately at all by your staff. I am a very socialable and friendly guy and visit shooters on several occasions. I have never once gotten into a fight or argument at shooters, let alone put a finger on anyone. I was calm and did not once raise my voice at all. I was humiliated in front of a large group of people and was powerless. About 10 people later came over to my car after the incident telling me that “Marko” is crazy. He has a bad temper and that there was nothing I could do. My friends later called me saying that they spoke to him and he would let me in again, but just to know I was rude and disrespectful. I did not return as I was very shaken about this incident. I never once said anything rude or disrespectful. I was upset about the incident in the washroom and made it my decision to leave. In no way should I have been spoken to, yelled at, and especially grabbed the way I was. I attached photos of the bruising, taken the morning after. Do not recommend this place to anyone, as many have complained before, security told me and my bro to leave even though we weren't playing pool and just drinking our beer (pool tables is included with our drinks and we bought a whole bucket of 6 beers). We asked if there other people who wanted to play pool since we would let them gladly play, but they said no there were no others but that we had continue buying drinks to keep the conversation going.. That Martini girl at the bar is trash. She tried to make me pay for a drink I never ordered, almost started a fight over it....and once again, when I won money at the video lottery machine, she took my winning ticket and she tried to cheat me out of it by saying I'll pay you later cuz "I don't have access to the money money right now", walked away , turned her back and I had to get the bouncer to get involved to get my money.
