Chez Mory — Restaurant in Montreal

We usually always order at Mory's. Always. Their pizzas are amazing. But today, my little brother asked if I could buy poutines. So I bought two large pizzas and two poutines. When we were home, I was eating the pizza and he was eating his poutine. At some point, he froze and spit something out. It was a screw. I know we all hear stories about people finding hair or flies but a screw? My brothers tooth hurts at the moment. I called right away and the girl at the desk asked me to put it in a ziploc and bring it. I brought it and asked for a refund on poutines AND the pizza, because who feels safe after seeing something like that? The manager denied my request for a refund on my pizzas and gave me a refund for the poutine only. Horrible horrible horrible. I'm not mad at the cook, because he was SO nice and understanding and so was the girl at the desk. (I really hope the cook doesn't get into trouble because of this because im sure it wasn't intentional) I'm thinking maybe the screw was in the poutine sauce or in one of their equipments and it got loose. The worst from this situation is the MANAGER who didn't even offer to speak to me and denied my refund request. We were regulars. Not anymore. I'm disappointed - trust me that they're losing a lot of customers over this. No more referrals, and I'm telling this to EVERYONE and showing them pictures...

I've ordered a few times and always enjoyed it, however last night I ordered the same thing as always, Mory combo pizza, but it was absolutely awful. Every few bites it tasted like I bit into pure mold. I picked it apart and visually there was nothing off...but the parts that tasted bad also smelt rotten. I'm really not sure which ingredient was off, but man it was gross. I'm super disappointed and surprised since this is the first time out of about 5 orders this happened. Worst pizza ever. Went to pick up 20 minutes after placing an order and once I got home, the pizza looked at least a day old if not more - wilted green peppers, flat hard cheese, stiff dough. Unfortunately couldnt bring them back because the kids and their friends literally grabbed everything. I called them to advise them of the situation, and I was lied to and told the pizza was made fresh, literally insulting my intelligence as if I don't know what day old pizza looks like.
