Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montreal

I tried their 8.99$ pasta with an 8.99$ melt or whatever it's called.

The tracking said you delivered my food after like 30 or 35 minutes of ordering, I think.

It arrived after a little over 50 minutes, not hot, like I'm in titled for, I think?

The driver starts telling me he's the only driver tonight and he has to cover everything.

So, my food is cold because the restaurant is badly managed?

I told him, no tip. He responded, it's not my fault, it's the restaurant. I didn't respond and he left.

Oh, sorry, you don't work for the restaurant? Yes, you do, I paid for a delivery fee which pays to get hot food delivered to my house.

Why would you get the same about of money if it's not what I ordered?

Someone has to take accountability and it's not going to be me anymore.

Not tipping, assures me that I compensated right away and that it might actually have an impact at changing "things", probably more than if I call to complain.

The pasta portion is smaller but no mention of that anywhere, the tray seems the same size but it's not as deep. I took the mac and cheese this time and there was way too much sauce, or and the pasta were overcooked. The cheese on top was obviously burnt, it's pizzahut after all. Last time I took the regular one it was the meat marinara or something and there was sauce only on top of the pasta, so grabbing pasta from the bottom at no sauce.

The chicken melt was terrible also, it was super hard, not hot and I think there was 2 or 3 pieces of chicken.

I must be out of my mind to order from this...

Tried this place again today. Not for pizza because it's mostly horrible all the time, but to order a Chicken Caesar salad. I figured, I can't go wrong with that.

I was wrong, they don't have any.... even though, it's on the menu.

Ce n'est pas tout, la fille au telephone parle pas un mot de français. Non, on n'a pas un problème d'immigration au Canada/Quebec.

Bravo PizzaHut, toujours aussi useless!

This is the fourth time I order I think since the beginning of the year and this time the pasta taste good, last times it really had a weird after taste. I guess they must of been frozen for too long?

The pizza is always bad. Who really likes that greasy pan pizza, I always forget to switch it to a regular one. I remember it quickly as soon as I grab a piece of pizza from the delivered box. It taste weird and feels weird.

I ordered the pizza of the day, it's mushroom and bacon, not a fan of bacon and specially the one they use. It looks weird, little balls and taste weird, is it even bacon?

I think it also needs more sauce..

An absolutely terrible experience!

My mother and I were tired and out all day in a very hot and humid weather and came here seeing it was a dine in. Bad idea. There was no AC and one fan was not working. When we talked about this situation, we were asked about our ethnicity and origin 🤨 what is that supposed to imply?

Letting that slide, when the pizza came, my mom asked for a glass of water and they said that they don’t have that. What is that?! A restaurant that does not have a glass of water.

Since it said dine-in, we were expecting the pizza to be served in a pan but was given in a takeout box instead. When asking for plates, they said they don’t have any plates.

Finally, my mom asked for knife and the manager said that they are not provided with knives 🤣

We were very hungry when we came in and lost all appetite. A complete and utter waste of time and money.

Don’t write dine-in if you are not going to provide at least the most basic service...
