Billy K's — Restaurant in Montreal

Very unhygienic!!! I'm a very observant person and when I rate a place the first thing I pay attention to is employee hygiene and anything that could lead to cross contamination. This place fails. Upon walking into a place that had no clients at the time, there were two workers in the food prep section, one of which was on the phone. I noticed the other touching his face several times. Now i was on high alert. To my disgust. They both prepped the food without any sign of hand washing. Luckily I just ordered 2 hot dogs and when I got to my car, I regret not saying anything. I simply threw the hot dogs away and went to McDonald's across the street. Please give your employees a training in hygiene!!!! Maybe show people you wash your hands instead of having a tinted window so that people have a hard time looking into the food...

I have been here 3 times so far and have not been disappointed. Absolutely amazing food and extremely generous portion sizes. I intend in going back more often. This restaurant has been a real eye opener and has convinced me, I don't think I will be returning to any major chain restaurants again.

The staff is so friendly, warm, kind and welcoming. A pleasant change from the major chains.

The restaurant is new and kept extremely clean. The ambiance is perfect. Music is not too loud and the music selection is very uplifting.

Every time I have gone there I have noticed that the whole experience, (because that is what a visit to BillyK's is, a pleasant experience) makes clients so happy and puts them is such an amazing mood that there are smiles exchanged between clients. This is a restaurant done RIGHT!

Went there a while ago to try something new. Personally, I found the burgers lacking in flavour and I didn’t like so much the sauces used in them. Id definitely go for the beef one rather than the chicken (solely based on the taste). The poutine was alright but the cheese and sauce was only laying on the top rather than spread out. So once you dig in it is missing out of those elements and left with the fries alone. Speaking of fries, I don’t like them mainly because of the fade taste of them. When it comes to pricing it’s a bit up there considering the lack of quality in the food. I personally wouldn’t have minded to spend that much if the food was bomb. But tbh it could’ve been better.
