Buffalo Bill Wings — Restaurant in Montreal

Like all other Buffalo Bills restaurants, the inside is disgusting. Period. The bathroom is poor, they put out a cut styrofoam cup with soap in it so everyone just dunks their nasty fingers in it. The ventilation on the ceiling is full of dust not to mention the disgusting looking stains all over the suspended ceiling. The seating and tables are normally dirty and greasy and the floors aren't any better.

Now, the wings are small and cheap however the "4 alarm" sauce is really good and it is the only reason why I keep going back to any of the Buffalo Bills restaurants.

The wings are served on top of french fries and drenched in sauce. The fries and wings go straight from the fryer to the plate which is the only reason why I feel safe eating at any of the buffalo bills restaurants.

The 3 stars is only for the sauce.. if it wasn't for the sauce I personally wouldn't eat here.

I would avoid buying anything that is not coming straight out of the fryer and into the styrofoam dish which is pretty much only the wings and fries. Ask for your food in a take-out dish.. they seem cleaner.

Finally, if you're planning on getting this stuff delivered it will obviously get to you all sloppy and disgusting. Just eat it there or do like me and eat it in your car if...

Excuse after excuse, always blame it on technology..if your tablets are down all the time invest in newer ones or find a different way to do this because having people wait hours for their food is outrageous....the food better be impecable if you make people wait this long. This chain used to be bomb 25 years ago, and it has gone down the drain so far. First time i order since 2010, and already a disappointment especially for the price of it.....shame shame shame on the owners.... Updated....so after finally receiving the food 2 hours later, was hot sure, but its not the american food chain i was used to back in the day. Such a disappointment, i feel sick after eating. The philly steak sandwich, is not a philly steak sandwich its basically subway steak with some nasty cheese, hot lettuce and mushy tomatoes.... suicide sauce is only suicide sauce because it kills you from the horrible taste it leaves in your mouth. Bye bye buffalo bill, you were good back in the day but now its so bad , toilet water tastes...

I can't believe this place is still in operation. EVERY time I have ordered from here, there's been something wrong. Yesterday I ordered Boneless wings and stupidly actually tipped beforehand. After ONE HOUR, still no food arrived, despite having said it would be there within 40 minutes and I live 3 blocks from the "restaurant " (and I use that term loosely). I call what I assumed was the main phone number only to be answered by a very rude girl named Noor who tells me there is nothing I can do and to just wait. When I ask for a manager she tells me to call back tomorrow 🤯 and hangs up😡. The food finally arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later, the driver had no bag to keep it warm, so naturally it was cold. The wings were way overcooked and hard. This is the absolute LAST time I will order from this place. There are far better wings elsewhere...like La Cage, which is also in LaSalle. If I could rate this place a zero...
