Worst service ever.
I placed my order today it was 6:15pm and the food came at 8pm. Turned out the driver went to the wrong adress, called me to say he is in the building. I told him what building I live in a house. Then he tells me unfortunately we don't deliver to your area. And then I asked him so what do I do now and he said "we'll see" and hung up. I told myself maybe he was trying to figure things out and would be on his way to my house( didn't think they would waste all that food). At this point it's 6:40pm and delivery can take up to 45min so I waited until 7pm but still nothing, no calls from the delivery man. So I call double pizza again and they tell me the delivery guy cancelled my order because he couldn't deliver to my area and failed to pass on the message to double pizza reps so they can call me back to review the order. Now at this point I'm fairly pissed and mind you the guy didn't even offer any discount, he tried to make me pay full price. I had to replace my order and I asked him if the order will be free for all the headache and he tells me he has to speak to his supervisor and then comes back with a 25% discount. I mean seriously what type of customer service and courtesy is that? 25% discount for an order that was placed over an hour ago and now will still have to wait another 30min to get our food? Thats when I realized double pizza doesn't stand on principles. To make matters worst, when I asked to speak personally to the supervisor the rep tells me he's busy and can't talk to me at the moment but tells me he'll put a rush on my order and it'll be there as soon as possible. I was so turned off by this experience and the lack of good customer service and professionalism that I won't order...

Half pepperoni half cheese got home and realized they gave me a all dressed vegetarian pizza had to go back i was very upset due to how high these gas prices are and that my kids where waiting for there supper the lady behind the counter thought it was funny said how other guy who is a vegetarian must have had my pizza and acted like it was no big deal with no remorse or care in the world the other gentleman came back was carrying his child and explained how far he had to walk with his kid in his hand and she laughed again. Said it wasn't her fault . Accidents do happen yes but they're less likely to happen if they weren't on the phone talking to whoever the whole time not caring. Customer service rep from there head office gave me $5 coupon for my next order I tried to place another order while I was there for a dessert and she tried to tell me no come back another day and use it so I had to go back and forth with her at about 5 minutes before she allowed me to order something and use the coupon. The cash hasnât worked in the last 3 weeks and the clerk/store manager doesnât know how much to charger per pizzas.
In one of our orders, we had specified that we wanted a vegetarian pizza with pineapples. The pizza had pepperoni!!! How does a vegetarian pizza have pepperoni??? I called their customer service and spoke to their manager Abdallah and all he could do for me was give me $5 for credit due to the shopâs mistake. They finally agreed to do an exchange for free but they still wanted to charge me delivery fees and tip the driver.
The store manager has a bad habit of treating customers badly by throwing tantrums and throwing the ketchup sauces from the counter to the floor. This behaviour is unacceptable for any customer service environment.
I have been a customer for over a decade and this truly upset me and my vegetarian employees. I will no longer be purchasing from this...
