I love their concept. Food is not bad. But I’m really upset with their service speed. All food are pre cooked either stay in warmer or fridge. last time I had a soup, just need to toast the bread and put my soup in a bowl, wow it’s took them 20 minutes to do that. I totally understand sometimes if the girl working alone in rush hour how frustrating it is, but that time was 3 people working at same time, they rather chatting than serve my food faster, my lunch break only 45 minutes and that’s only cafe nearby. Also, I leave 15% tips all the times, even though it’s service comptoir, no water serving if don’t ask, and also need bring the plate back. I have work in a bistro as well, 20 minutes is enough for me to take a order, make a pizza, and make a coffee. Anyway, wouldn’t come back if they still doesn’t care...
