After reaching out to Eureka (in Italy) by email and sending them a video of my issue, I was asked to contact Café Liégeois for support. Read moreThis is the worst customer support I have ever experienced.I purchased a Saeco Lirika machine for over $1,000. It leaked and I reported it to them right after I bought it, I sent a video to show the problem. I was ignored for days, and eventually was told to contact the manufacturer. Yet on their website they promised that customers would be fully refunded if not satisfied within the first 30 days. I gave up trying to get their support.
Over a year later I couldn't stand it anymore, it ruined my butcher block counter top with water stains, I asked them to take it back just to recycle it so it wouldn't go into landfill.
I attempted to write a review of the machine on their website and discovered the website review tool doesn't actually seem to be connected. My review never appeared. Next time I checked the website they took the machine off the website, and refused to answer my questions about their seemingly fake reviews that had been on the page.
They won't admit any wrongdoing on their part.
They took their guarantee off the website since I told them they were violating their own policy. See the photo of the guarantee that they took off last week after I complained.
They also never accept any criticism and always say the customer is wrong as you can see from their responses to the bad...

Terrible customer services all in all. Asked for the grinder but wrong grinder was in my order. Message and would no acknowledge the mistake and lied about it already left warehouse house… but when I called was told it haven’t… skipping a beat about my order and was ignore whenever I ask to cancel my order. Trying to follow through all day and was told it would be cancel and refund would take 7-15 days for a preorder item. Not sure why I was charge full first… I decided to dispute the order with credit card as it’s a big purchase of $7k.
Called to confirm and was told will get back but never recorded a call. Stay away from this place unless you are local...
