Double Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

I have given this place a few chances. This time (pic) I got a med fries $3+ extra on my burger combo. They are borderline undercooked and soggy. They are under seasoned and when I got to the bottom I find cheese that was not ordered. Was it a dirty, box? Old fries previously used to make another order? Or just sloppy practices making a simple box of plain fries? What else could end up in the food if they can't sell what is intended in the box. $20 for a burger, fries and pop, and they couldn't do the fies cleanly or cooked.

The burger was ok. It had a nice bun although not toasted so it was soggy on the bottom too. The meat patty is a frozen patty, although not as bad some.

In the past, I had them make a poutine, asked specifically to make the fries crispy, and ordered ahead of going to pick it up. Once I arrived when they said it would be ready. I waited for 40 more minutes and not checked on or asked why I was there. I watched as they mad my poutine and proceed to leave it sitting on the counter while they then went to make others their food and make my salad. The salad would hold better made 1st while the fries sit in a box (not under a warmer).

I recently celebrated my birthday at this incredible restaurant, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right.

The breakfast consisted of eggo waffles, one slice of bacon (tho it advertised two slices) various canned foods, and 2 eggs. Kind of airport-like, but the service was good. Altogether not bad for $9.99, coffee included.

Went back for dinner another time and was thoroughly disappointed. The Montreal smoked meat was almost $20 after tax, but contained approx. 50 grams of meat total. Basically empty bread. In contrast, Da Franks down the street charges $12 after tax and includes almost half a pound of meat at least, on regular sandwich bread.
