Uncooked food, slow served, horrible service. It was an extremely cold place which made my group shiver while eating. The chopsticks provided were rotten and wet. I would not recommend this place at all!

Restaurant Timing: My group visited your establishment shortly after it opened on the day in question, during your posted business hours. This review was written after my return to my home country, but the events described occurred during a legitimate visit. Your claim of being closed on that day does not align with our experience. Temperature Issues: Despite your claim of maintaining an indoor temperature of 22-25°C, the restaurant was extremely cold during our visit. My entire group felt uncomfortable, even shivering while eating. Chopsticks Quality: The chopsticks provided were disposable bamboo ones. To our shock, they were moldy and wet, raising serious hygiene concerns. Such conditions are unacceptable, especially for a food establishment. Service Issues: There was only one staff member working, who appeared to be handling both front-of-house duties and kitchen operations. This likely contributed to the slow service we experienced and gave an impression of poor management and understaffing.

I'm a bit disappointed. The food was good. My only quam with anything. Is... We felt super unwelcome to sit down. There were specials for sit in dining. 6.99 per person to eat, plus unlimited milk tea and boba. Although we asked staff, they didn't let us know when we asked about specials.

We got there at 4:30ish (within the hours for the sit in specials). With my daughter, who has been waiting to eat Korean food on a stick forever.

When we noticed they didn't want to seat us, I asked what the cashier could suggest. She said a surprise pack or potatoes.....(I feel like it's because were white? I think. We ordered a combo 1 for 17.99 and a 8$ boba plus a 10$ tip and ate in the car. So we overpayed to eat n a cold car with a kid.

I am a chef for a reputable restaurant. Money is money. No matter whom its coming from.... That's how restaurants develop positive reputations. It's about the experience and the service. There was no experience. At all. We were left feeling stupid and unwelcome. And we're asked to wait outside for 20 minutes while our food was being prepared. Sorry. But, do better. I was choked for my kid who admires anything asian. I feel like we would have gone back and spent more if we weren't treated like white trash. But I'm sure if you order through door dash you'll be satisfied. The food is okay. The service here was very friendly and helpful with the menu! The QR code ordering online system makes things easy to navigate as well. The server constantly refills our ice water without asking, and the food arrived quickly once the order is placed.

I quite enjoyed the flavour of the BBQ cumin seasoning on the deep fried skewers. My main issue was that the 20 pc daily special box (chef’s choice) seemed like a reasonable price but the skewers brought to us lacked variety (8 fish ball/fish cake varieties) and seemed cheap compared to the price. When I added up the skewers individually a la carte, it ended up being slightly cheaper than the daily special box price which is disappointing considering that I would’ve preferred choosing each item instead. It’s not much of a special, if it would be cheaper ordering a la carte. The skewers were pretty tasty, and the beef, chicken and green bean skewers we especially enjoyed. The cabbage was very very greasy. Also says on the menu it includes 1-2 beverages but the selection online only allows me to choose one, so we only received one beverage.
