strict rules you wouldn’t even know about if it’s your first time there.
A staff member saw a drink of mine and gave me two options: they can take my drink away and keep it till i leave the coffee shop or throw it away. I thought he was joking at first because he had a serious face for a simple thing. But then i hesitantly tell him he can put it away and keep it but then he walks away with my drink while saying he’s gonna throw it away.
Then I turn on the wifi and see their « little » rules I wasn’t aware of. Staff should first tell the customers that they can’t bring in outside drinks before asking to throw away the drink!! I was tryna be respectful to not rub it in their faces that i had a drink from another place and my friend bought some tea from this place just because we thought we should buy something if we were gonna stay here but yeah..Very disappointed. I wouldn’t have even tried to bring in a drink if i knew there were these strict rules and wouldn’t be writing this if they had mentioned the rules and/or asked me to leave but no they threw away my 7$ drink that i had just bought...
Read moreA place with a lot of character. We discovered this gem a few days ago when craving for late night coffee. It appears small but a lot of seating space inside and, from what I see in other reviews, even in the basement. We went for a Dirty Chai Latte and a regular Latte (with non-dairy milks) along with their Panini Vege Sandwich and a Grill Cheese Sandwich. Love the food and the coffee and chai. Service is quick. There's no table service but the lady was so kind to bring it to the table to avoid food getting cold as we were seated far and didn't expect the sandwich to be ready so quick. A variety of seating space, we'd like to try something different next time. There's street parking outside which is generally available. Definitely...

Come on, you can do better. People around me had to yell over the music to talk to each other, which further made it an uncomfortable environment.
I sometimes go to cafés to get some work done, so i appreciate that this cafe has created many different nooks. but the music could really make or break whether I'd visit again.
Suggestion: put on an instrumental, soft playlist and keep the volume at a...
