PFK — Restaurant in Montreal

6.34 pm placed my order. estimate of 60 minutes for delivery. 7.54 called restaurant, they said that the order left. 8.05 I received a miss call from KFC. 8.06 I call them back they said that th driver forgot my order but he is back now and then coming straight to me. 8.17 I get another call from KFC, they ran out of sauce. I said how can you run out of sauce if you already told me that may order was ready waiting for the driver. He says" the driver lost your order and now they have no sauce" that's three different stories in 23 minutes. It left already. driver forgot it. now driver gave my order to someone else possibly. 8.26 I still have no KFC, sitting in my kitchen typing this review. This KFC has no idea what they are doing. I had placed my order at 9:30. Order was finalized at 9: 52. I called around 10:30 to see where my order was as I was past 30 minutes. The agent that answer the phone her name was Patricia from the restaurant that I ordered the food said that they have till 10:52 to deliver the food and if not we would receive a refund. I called back at 11:00 and I advise the lady it's been over an hour we placed the order, and we still haven't received anything. She said that she'll just refund the money. Completely arrogant, claim that it's not her fault that the system couldn't find a driver, and that she can't do anything about refunding the order. I offered to pick up the order, but technically speaking because I waited over an hour the food should be free. Terrible customer service. I have eaten many different chicken burgers and for some reason their zinger was like eating a piece of rubber. It was that tough. I was very bewildered and asked a chef about it and he said it is normal because those sandwiches go straight from freezer. I appreciate his honesty but if I knew that in advance I would have just gone to maxi and bought frozen chicken burgers. The prices of fast food have gone up and we expect that at least the quality is good but price go up quality go down. From now on I will only stick to kebab shops because at least you don't get frozen chicken because they grill fresh chicken.
