Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

I had a free coupon that I wanted to use, I was even going to order other things, from the moment the worker saw the coupon he did everything to shut me down, he had a whole questionnaire to not make the order since the pizza was gonna be free, I was honest and told him that my brother gave me the coupon as a gift and he ended up refusing me, because he said that the coupon is only for people that receives the wrong order (it’s funny that you can’t even make a correct order, but when someone has a coupon from a bad order, your first reaction is to question that person like he’s a criminal).

I also like how I started to speak to him in French, he’s working and he doesn’t even know how to speak the language we use in Quebec, I, the customer was the one that had to switch to English for this bad employee to school me.

The employer was rude, he ruined my day with his bad attitude and I could sense pride in him, because he refused to serve me, even if he was right, the fact that I was treated so wrongly I will decide to go to other pizza places like Pizza Hut, I’ve never got attitude from them, it might not make a big difference, but at least I keep my dignity and give my money to honest workers, I used to come there, since it’s 5 minutes from my home,...

Horrible experience took 1 1/2 to get my order driver got lost i live 5 mins away called restaurant ask them to correct the amount owed upon delivery because I was not paying for food that is very late diver called me 3 times to tell me to explain were i lived because he went the opposite direction of were i live restaurant said ok when delivery guy gets here we will fix amount owed when delivery got here it was full price called restaurant they said the same refused my order never calling that restaurant again obviously they don't care about customer service Horrible Horrible service call Hollywood pizza or D'agostino pizza much much...

Placed an order online - price is acurate and precise - service was quick and under 30mins - A1 packaging and food was warm!
