Subway — Restaurant in Montreal

If I could give 0 stars trust me I would. I’ve never seen an employee as rude as the one that served me tonight. I asked him a simple questions and he didn’t even answer me and went to go hide in the back of the store. I called him 3 times he came back mumbled an answer and went to the back again! I asked him what’s his problem and could he please make my sandwich. He was so disgustingly rude I should of just left. His boss needs to be really desperate to even keep him. The subway is next to Jean-Grou and I’m pretty sure they could easily find young kids trying to make money. Please get rid of your rude employees it’s not worth it. I will keep complaining until something changes. I will write a bad review everyday until I never have to see that rude employee ever again. And no I will not go to another subway. I want that guy fired or suspended or whatever but I will complain every day if I have to and I will make everyone I know...

Went there tonight and had a nightmare experience . Friday night at 7 pm and there was just a 16 year old kid working there alone. There was 8 people in line when I got there and as the line inched along very slowly, the crowd got progressively more restless. Even worse, they were out of bread so I had to have my 12 inch sandwich on a flatbread. They were also almost out of all remaining bread products which probably led to fistfights in the line after I left. They were also out of some of the chicken selections, one of the soups, and some of the vegetables - no more black olives ! All in all, a terrible experience - I'll never be going...

I like Subway so this in no way meant to be negative about the restaurant in general. Also I usually go to this location and have never had a bad experience. On this occasion however I was very much disappointed. After getting my take out order and getting home, I discovered that the bread the sandwich was made on was rock hard and had started to mold ! How in the world can a server not notice this before making the sandwich??? I didn't bother to go back to the store as I was tiered so I just threw it out.
