First let me tell you that i have been to this place many many times and the previous owner and waiters were great! But today i walked in with my cousin to go have a nice meal like always but what a disaster…the waiter came to take our order , appetizer came in ( mango and shrimp salad) we ate it and it was great! But then we told the waiter and the boy working behind the cash that we were gonna go have a cigarette outside while waiting for our soup and main dish, we were out for 7 minutes max!! we came back in and my table was occupied by 2 other persons and my wine bottle was not there anymore and my 2 full glass of wine either!! And my vest that was on the seat!! Couldn’t believe this!! i was in disbelief!! We had told our waiter and another boy working right there behind the cash beside our table…..the owner said oh sorry i thought you left!! Omg dont you see all my stuff was there…..they don’t communicate?!! I left even if offered to give me an other seat!!! Made no sense!! I had one already!!! New owner needs to be more awake and stop thinking of making money instead of putting a smile into his clients!! Im disappointed ☹️ use to love this place, my kids my cousins and friends also...

Stopped in today for a quick Pho. I ordered the Phở Dặc Biệt. Both the food and the service were excellent, and the staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The soup came with a very flavourful broth with a lot of beef (rare beef, brisket and beef balls) along with plenty of noodles, onions and green onions. Very tasty! The only issues I have are the Sriracha seemed generic, and not the Huy Fong brand I am used to. It definitely had a different flavour. Also, the price. I ordered an extra large bowl of Pho. They don't have extra large written on the menu, but I asked for it nonetheless because that's how I am used to ordering my soup. The menu shows the price as $17.95, so I figured it couldn't be that much more expensive for a slightly larger bowl and didn't bother asking. With taxes, it amounted to an extra $6 give or take for a total of around $26 and with tip (18%) was over $31. All I ordered was soup. No sides, no drink, no dessert, and I was alone. I just find this REALLY expensive. Most places I go to, the total with tax and tip for the same meal is between $20-$22. My fault for not asking how much extra it would be. 5 stars each time. I went again last week Nov2024, with my old friend. This is our go-to restaurant since many years. Food is still great, we had imperial rolls, mango salad - huge portion - bo 3 mon to roll and all the banana desserts they have. Service is always on point. Pricing not breaking the bank. When my friend and I meet again, we already know where we’ll be going.

One of my favorite restaurants. The food is good, the portions are good, the prices are great value. The service is good, fast and friendly. This is the restaurant I missed when we had the Covid restrictions. I’d go every week if I could. I recommend the mango salad, the traditional sweet and sour vietnamese soup, the 3 types of beefs to roll on the rice paper and combo F is my go-to when I dont know what to order.
