Every time I come to this location, it seems like the staff is not properly trained, as they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They are never able to make a LONDON FOG or THE LONDONIEN.
During my last visit, the person attending me wasn’t able to prepare it because, according to him, they didn’t have THE LONDONIEN — even though there was clearly Earl Grey tea available. He seemed to believe that THE LONDONIEN was a type of tea, like chai, black tea, or Earl Grey itself, rather than understanding it as a specific preparation. He also had no idea it was supposed to be made with steamed milk and syrup.
In the end, he just handed me a random tea in hot water because he clearly didn’t understand what I was asking for. This isn’t the first time this has happened — I’ve had similar issues with other orders in the past.
