WORST Harvey's in Montreal, hands down.
Waited more than 20 minutes for 2 burgers and a small fries (at 930pm). Food was cold when I finally got it; asked for it to be warmed up, eaited another 20 minutes.
Staff was uneducated, disorganised, and extremely poorly managed. Manager should be fired for allowing this kind of serviceEW Staff barely sppke to me, as I ordered, just stood and stared until I stated what I wanted. The rest of the staff was equally anti-social. Seemed to have a hard time understanding even simple requests - asked for "double pickles" and was met with a blank stare. Held up 4 fingers to indicate double the pickles usually served, and had a confused look in answer.
Staff allowed teens (a group of about 8) who weren't eating to sit inside & socialize LOUDLY. Most discouraging.

If we wanted water i would not have paid for soda. Staff is a big problem im bilingual however my friend wasn't and he tried to ask a question in English and kept getting answered in French i translated however if staff member didn't speak he should have at least said so or redirect us to another staff member he was also ride to my friend whom doesn't speak French as compared to me who did very disappointing... Read moreWent there very recently at around 10am on a Sunday. There was no one there to great me at the counter. I saw, I guess the cook, washing the walls in his area, he saw me and said nothing. I waited a few seconds more, and walk out.
What is the purpose of opening the doors of a restaurant and having no one there to great you and to serve you? Just another classless Harvey's , hiring the wrong staff of people that will deter you from going back again.
I saved myself at least 15 dollars + tips. Never will I visit this place again.
