that i went with a regular and got amazing service is my disclaimer... however, following my intuition, i would say this place delivers great service regardless of who you know and for how long!
the chef is a maestro with eggs... and the egg-less omelette (if such a term can be coined without a smile) comes looking like a thick brick of egg whites, except its really just chevre chaud in disguise...
the simple green salad with homemade dressing is better than a dressing made in my home :) i could've asked for the recipe but then i'd be stuck with having to deliver !
the gravlax was gravely good... and begged to be consumed to its last drop of oil that lingered on the palate.
