Good Selection of vitamins and suppliments. However, they need a rewards program or loyalty program, especially for big customers. Maybe 15% off 100$ on certain days. I have no incentive to spend a lot of money there because many things can be purchased online for cheaper.

It would nice to see more grass fed meat products, and larger quantities of meat. Organic & grass fed meat is too expensive compared to buying directly from a farmer, or Costco, or from the United States. This is a problem in all smaller grocery stores in Quebec. Big brands that sell 1 serving of meat for 15$ need to disappear.

Finally, they should try to have "themes" or bundles. For instance a bulletproof coffee bundle (ancetre butter, MCT, collagen) or a Rhonda Patrick bundle (broccoli sprouts, salmon roe, beef liver, folate, Omega-3 ). They can come up with a non-trademarked name for it :)

In summary , Tau should be participant in the revolution that's happening on YouTube instead of just...

the assortment of products is very good, the mark ups on the prices at times are ridiculous, the isles have been rearranged and lots of the products they had before are simply gone. I get a sense that its being more oriented to making money than what their original mission might have been. The cashiers are the slowest i have seen anywhere, if you go there be prepared to wait a long time at the line when you are checking out, I am a long time client there and I know the girls that are fast so even if their lines are longer I go for them. Nowadays everybody is affraid to talk because you have to be politically correct or everybody gets offended but I find that some cashiers come from a different culture and are not used to a fast paced city like Montreal, other than that they...

I have been going to this store for years and every time I leave I think to myself this will be my last time but keep going back as there are few natural stores in my area.

Today was the last straw I spend about 150$ a week in the store but the store is so rude and ignorant especially the supplement section. I asked a question and the woman just looked at me with total disgust ( they are all like that when you ask a question ). She shows me where the vitamin e is, glares at me and walks away.

I am done with this store I will drive to the Tau In the West Island where they are polite and have no problems in answering questions.

No wonder every time I walk in the store is empty..
