I rate this restaurant 1/5 for service and 4/5 for food quality.

I will start with positivity. I usually always order online from this restaurant and my experience with food quality has been always A+ (freshness, quantity and price). This place will offer you very good food with reasonable price.
As I always order online, one day I thought let's go in person to experience dine-in. The food was good as usual. When I began eating I asked the waitress for water. After 10 mins, I asked her when will my water arrive and she told me she hasn't forgot about me, after 10 more mins I asked her again and again she said she will coming but my water was not served. Meanwhile, I saw her serving water and soft drinks to everyone who came after me and ordered after me. As I was eating fries and dry bread, I was extremely thirsty, my throat was actually feeling uncomfortable and I could not finish my food as I felt so much discomfort swallowing. It was about 20-25 mins I spent in the restaurant and water was never served. I know maybe to some people water is not a big deal but I have a condition and I needed water to comfortably swallow my food, besides when you see the same waitress serving everyone else their drinks except you, it feels kind of neglected or I should disrespectful. I had made 3 attempts and none were served. At the end I got furious of asking and I couldn't even finish my food (more then 50% of my food was left). I walked up to the cash to pay and I asked to speak to a manager to bring my recommendations in concern. The man at the cash identified himself as himself the manager, I explained to him that I have been here 20-25 mins, asked for water several times, everyone who came after me were served drinks except me and it is not right to leave someone thirsty when they request water. Man got defensive immediately and argumentative although as a consumer, it is my rights to bring up my concerns, I was not looking for arguments. Imagine someone who is already unsatisfied and instead of apologizing first, they started with argument. His argument was "this is normal, it happens, she is new waitress" then I repeated that everyone around me were served their drink and I saw it with my eyes so of course it is not normal. He argued for about 5 minutes about it, I told him "listen I dont care anymore, I just want to pay and leave", he said "its the waitress fault why are you telling me this" then reminded him that he is the manager so of course I will talk to him, that's what is logical to anyone! After I paid, at the end he offered a bottle of water and I refused to take it as after everything I did not even want to stay there for a single second, I felt humiliated, disrespected, ignored, neglected and unsatisfied. If you care about where you spend your money and want to receive respectful services please I would not recommend this place. As a manager his job was to first see how can he make an unsatisfied client happy instead he started off with argument. There is another better service restaurant called Avesta, similar food, I strongly recommend, better when there's no rush hour. We were okay with that and ordered the family kabab plate with two family poutine and one sandwich adana , the adana sandwich came first within 15 mins and the kabab plate came almost 30 mins minutes after, and that too after asking where it was , no water was served since we had arrived and our poutine was forgotten, so after talking to the chef, the waitress said she didnt have enough ingredients for 2 poutines so she brought one and it was extremely cold. We returned it asking for it to be heated. After 10 mins, we asked where our poutine was and she said the chef threw it away in the garbage... this is not a joke. No apologies were given and nothing done to compensate for such bad service. I was absolutely shocked. Very unprofessional. They made eating turkish food a very bad experience for me and my family. They got my order wrong, even though I mentioned that I have an allergy. yet they still don't care. I asked them to make another plate. But instead, they just removed the stuff (I don't think that they have training in food handlers), when I complained about it the waitress started to argue with me and raised her voice, which makes me asked for the manager or the owner to talk to. the answer was that they don't have his or her number which is weird.
