Luna Pizzeria — Restaurant in Montreal

They should make an option for 0 stars because this place deserve it. I order my food online, about 10 min later I get a call because "they can't understand the order" it was a Luna special pizza, that's what it said on the website but they tell me that's a sandwich not a pizza, so I'm like ok whatever, I change my order to a med pizza with wings and fries. 1:20h after I originally placed my order it gets here. As I open the door the delivery guy is talking on the phone and only about 30 sec later "notices" me there and apologize for being on the phone AND STILL he continues talking for a minute or so. Now I'm pissed it took forever, pissed the delivery guy is so rude. I pickup the pizza and I feel the box beeing cold. I'm even more pissed. Anyway I pay the ridiculous amount, leave a dollar tip just cuz I don't want to have to interact with that guy anymore because I would leave a dime more and as I closed he door the dude is like "you don't want your dollar back" so rude, so unprofessional, dident apologize for the delay just blamed the "internet" system. Anyway, the pizza was warm at best, the fries were legit nasty tasting and the size of the wings is literally and I mean literally the size of my toe nail. Will never order from these ppl again!

The first impression of the service was a little bit odd, the gentleman behind the counter wasn’t very inviting. We spent half a day at Parc Cap St. Jacques with our doggy and we were driving for a place to stop for late lunch. Pizzeria Luna needs some love. The sign is broken, it could be less messy around, but they have a nice terrace with lots of flowers and our dog could sit there with us, so we gave this place a try. We placed our order and while waiting, we started to read other reviews. Some were great, some were horrifying, so we didn’t know what to really expect. After about 15 minutes our order was ready. The hamburgers were delicious, freshly made, thick, made with real beef (I was ready for some frozen supermarket patties). The pizza was fantastic, good, honest, nothing too fancy, but delicious. The fried chicken better than KFC or similar places. The cook came to us after few minutes to check if we are happy with the food and our compliments made him smile. I tried placing an order online for pick-up. After choosing what I wanted, it prompted me to log in or create an account. I filled up all the info, and then it jammed. I tried this process 3 times. I decided to call in my order. So I called, and the person on the other line picked up and said they would call me back as they're on the phone with the insurance company. I found that weird, but whatever. So I decided to drive there. As I was 3 minutes away, they called me back. I gave them the order and they said it'll take half an hour. I asked if they could make it quicker than that as I've lost too much time trying to place the order. He said he can't. I explained that I have a crying newborn in the car, and this is why I'm a little rushed. I asked if they would deliver and initially he said yes. I have the address and after he repeated the address, he said they don't deliver to that address. It's literally 12 minutes away. I simply canceled the order and I will never ever try this place.
