Pizza Et Poulet Express — Restaurant in Montreal

Very bad sercive, last week I got my pizza one hour and half after I placed my order , the pizza was cold .When asking the delivery man he said that a delivery came before and I was not at home and forsure he was not telling the truth because I was waiting for the pizza with my friend starving and hungry When I called the restaurant, the manger said that the delivery guy had an accident which was again unbelievable excuse offering me in a very rude way a free small French fries when I order next time, very discusting way of treating customers as I was begging him for some money.They need to learn how to respect people and do not lie to them ... not...

Crooks and thieves.

Ordered here for a long time and service just deteriorated over time. The last time I went with my sister, we ordered 2 large pizzas with extra cheese. 1 of them had no extra cheese. The cashier complained about not getting a tip and the other workers, who were huddled up behind him asked the cashier, in arabic, where the tip was. The cashier then answered them, in arabic, that he had already added in the tip on the bill and didn't even give us the bill at the end. They didn't think my sister and I understood them but we immediately left the place feeling disgusted after what happened.

I like this Local pizza place, Monday and Tuesday large pizzas are $15.5 after tax, without delivery. My preferred is Quebecoise. I order by phone like 15 minutes in advance and when I arrive, while I'm paying it gets ready and I'm not waiting at all and it's freshly prepared. Giving them tips or not, the guys at the counter are always friendly and smiling, but if you order with delivery, current price of the gas is 1.70$ per liter, the tip...
