First off, we did not try their coffee maybe their coffee is super good but the food was really just OK.

To sum it up, this place is "Jack of 3 dishes and master of none". We tried their pho, Cambodian curry noodle and Japanese udon.

The pho here is average, they don't have the Bun Bo Hue, they give you more than average noodles sure... but the noodles were a bit overcooked, a bit soggy.

Cambodian curry noodles, it tastes OK, but my God the presentation is godawful! And after you mix the noodles up with the curry, it looks like a pile of vomit! In addition, I think they did not strain the vermicelli enough, so there was a lot of water left in the bowl, which ended up diluting the curry. The curry was mild, too, not spicy and the restaurant didn't have any chilly oil.

The Japanese udon, if my taste bud is not mistaken, you can actually buy your own soup base (I am pretty sure is Marutomo Agodashi Soup Base) and just make your own... The rest of it is just fish and beef balls. I can literally make my own at home for probably around $5.

Lastly, the spring rolls were good, they were fresh, but they needed to roll it tighter, it was loose and eating it was a bit of a mess.

We did not try any of their coffee and dessert, maybe those are the highlights of this place... But I'm sorry, food wise, I cannot give it a 5 stars and I wouldn't come back...

Nhasang was an overall amazing experience!

The food was very good! I got the Num Banh Chok, it tasted super fresh and it was delicious! The menu isn't overwhelming, but the options are unique compared to any pho place i've been to. For example, they also offer udon and congee if you're interested!

As for the drinks, I got their famous egg coffee (I always come back for it)! It's super yummy. Please don't be intimidated by the word "egg", it's like a custard flavoured foam! However, if you're not familiar with viet coffee, the coffee is strong.

I also got white peach cloud, it is a yakult/asian yogurt drink! Super good, but quite sweet. ++ A BIG PLUS: I noticed that they use bottled water for their recipes that require water. Which is very good compared to many bubble tea shops I know that use tap water.

*The place is super clean and the design is unique and beautiful! The staff are very sweet, kind, approachable, and helpful. You can tell that they are very passionate...

What an awesome find! Finally stumbled upon a pho spot right here in VSL. Warmly greeted by a friendly host, we settled in and even caught a Disney cartoon – kid-friendly vibes! The food hit the spot; those off-menu shrimp spring rolls were packed and had fresh ingredients. The peanut sauce dip was spot on! The pho? Absolutely delicious on this cool day. Just three choices of pho, not too overwhelming. The broth was clear, low in fat, which I loved, and there was a perfect blend of beef slices and perfectly cooked noodles! The egg coffee was a must-try and surprisingly good. Loved how they packaged it in a plastic can...
