I have been ordering from Mamma's for the last 25 years, I am 43 today. I ordered their pizza because it was always a 10/10, always perfect. until last week, I made an order and the pizza was delivered under cooked. I called the restaurant and did not ask for a replacement, I only asked that they pay attention the next time. Tonight was my 2nd order this month and it was as if I had ordered frozen pizza, cardboard box flavor. so I called and told them I would like my money back, the person on the phone told me he would talk to the owner. I then read that the ownership was recently changed, so I drove to mammas and the new owner does not seem to care. he continued typing on the calculator while we stood there and then argued that the pizza was good and that I had asked for a well done with less sauce whic was untrue, he was trying to push the blame. I asked where the owner was and he told me that the ownership changed 6 months ago which is another lie, it was changed 1 month ago since the website went down. note to new owner: honesty saves, you are an idiot for lying.

Its a shame Bobby and Maria retired, we just lost a good eatery to a new owner that has zero business acumen , his business is already on Uber-eats and no more wood...

Two years ago I gave this restaurant 5 stars.. Today I downgraded that to 1 Star and here is why June 5th 2020 I ordered two Extra Large pizzas *one all dressed and one pepperoni only, They made a mistake and gave me 2 all dressed. When I called they said that my next extra large pizza would be at no charge.. Although my Son could not enjoy his grandmothers birthday pizza due to their error and his allergies I found their offer acceptable Well today July 21,2020 I was in the area again and decided to take them up on my "no charge" pizza. and Guess What.. I got the old " well the guy who made the offer is not in so 1st they refused . then they said ok they will apply a $15.00 credit to what us around a $25.00 pizza .. All this squabbling for a resolution that THEY MADE but REFUSE TO HONOR. My 94 year old mom and I likely dropped several thousand dollars with this restaurant and for $10.00 or so that they refuse to honor... I can tell you that they will NOT get a dime out me moving forward. The true way to ascertain a great business is how they deal with their customers when there us an issue. and this...

My family and I have been ordering from Mamma's for years until recently after order to pick up and waiting 45mins which is find given covid. Upon arrival the man at the front was on the phone deep in a personal discussion and after a while I ask the guys cooking if my pizza was ready and after verifying the order he said yes and place it on the counter to cash out. At this time the man was still on the phone, I then interrupt and asked if I can pay since the pizza is just sitting there. He got upset and and yelled at me if I can't see he's on the phone with a client. I responding that I'm also a client and been waiting now 1hr. for pick up pizza. He rang in the order obviously very upset tossing my change on the counter. After checking my order in the car it was not the right order so I return and having to wait another 30mins for them to make another he then toss the pizza and fries on the counter without acknowledgement and no apology. from the short bald guy with glass The cooks however apologised. That was my last time. at Mamma's Since than I found two other pizza places waay better for...

I’m not sure why this place is popular. I recently visited and can confidently say there are much better diners in the area. The restaurant was neither clean nor organized, with a noticeable odor. The service was extremely slow, and the waitress came across as rude. She didn’t even use a notepad to take orders, which resulted in a mistake with mine. I ordered a burger meal with onion rings and a diet Coke, but the burger came without the salad, no drinks, and the bun was soggy. My friend ordered a chicken souvlaki with rice and salad, which was just okay. We also tried a pizza, but it was so bad we couldn’t eat it. To top it off, we waited 30 minutes for the bill. The real shock came when we saw the price! Similar to what you’d expect at mid-range restaurants like Firegrill, The Keg, or Souvlaki Bar, all of which are much cleaner and offer far better food and service.

Food is pretty good, not as good as when the old owner Bobby ran the place. Although their food is pretty good, the prices are CRAZY!!!! I ordered for the first time in a while and a small pizza with extra bacon cost me $23.85. That's a pizza for one person.... For that reason alone I'll never order again. If I had to feed my entire family of 5 I would need well over $100 for pizza.

Oh if you're looking for home cooked spaghetti (style), this is the best place to be. Their Garlic bread is for the win too!!! Super soft and garlicky! The Friday's Club is a must try too. Good place to take your family family for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are super nice too.
