First and foremost I would like to mention that I applaud those who are working in these unprecedented times. You make our lives better every single day. My experience at this restaurant was left to be desired. My happy mood quickly changed after going through their drive through. The lady taking our order was nice but made me feel rushed on taking our order. I understand the meed to, but when I am trying articulate and ensure that our order is placed correctly please listen. I had ordered a mcdouble trio which she understood and it appeared on the screen. Then she said is that all. I then said no, i will also take a junior chicken trio with a large coffee. She then asked with what would you like in it. I then proceeded to tell her what I would like in it; 5 milk and 1 sugar. Finally for my daughter I asked for a cheese burger happy meal with a mango smoothly. I think she was confused when I said happy meal. Once I realized this I them said joyeux festin. Now I started to be displeased because of the feeling I am being rushed. She then said you would want and apple juice with the happy meal. I lost my patience. I then repeated rudely A MANGO SMOOTHY with the happy meal. She then told me to proceed to the first window. Now once I got to the first window to pay she does tell me the amount and just puts the debit in front of me via the extending wand they use. I then tap the machine with my debit card and drive to the second. Now I am irretated with my experience. I started off happy now am taking my frustration out on everyone in the car. I know it was wrong and have since apologized to everyone in the car. We now got our order at the second window and even then not a friendly experience there. No thank you or have a nice day from the person there. Here is the icing on the cake. Our large 5 milk and 1 sugar coffee is just black. Please for the benefit of others get our orders correct. I ordered a wrap chicken and a Junior Chicken trio. Unfortunately, the restaurant was in poor condition—there were no napkins or ketchup at the self-serve counter, and the garbage bins were overflowing, making it nearly impossible to dispose of trash properly.
Before completing my purchase, I asked a staff member if refills were allowed, and he confirmed I could bring my cup back for a refill. After receiving my order, while the Junior Chicken and fries were good, the chicken in the wrap was dry and cold. I asked for it to be redone, which was done without issue, but the replacement was still dry.
When I returned for the refill I was initially told I could have, a different staff member refused and insisted refills were not allowed. I explained what the other staff member had told me, but she dismissed my explanation in a way that made me feel as though I was being dishonest. I found this extremely disrespectful—I was not trying to get a free drink, but simply following what I was initially told.
As a regular customer and a student at a nearby college, I usually come to this location frequently. However, this experience has made me reconsider. Treating loyal customers with such disregard is not acceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.

Read moreI went to this mcdonalds and had an absolutely horrible experience I ordered my meal (just a simple chicken burger combo, nothing fancy) at the self order, and my boyfriend ordered too He got his order quickly, mine somehow got lost Waited 20 mins around, then went to the cash and talked to a cashier then manager and showed my receipt as proof i ordered and bought the combo They said they would make it right away (spoiler alert, they didn't) After another 20 mins, still nothing So I went back and they reassured me again it was being done I was getting hungrier and hungrier at this point, I'm still doing my best to wait patiently After ANOTHER 15 mins I decided to do a (not very nice) thing and I went up to the counter where you see the kitchen, laid my head on it and started watching them work One of them after a few mins saw me and told the other crew person to start on my order After (to the literal second) 1 HOUR i finally get my food The fries weren't that hot and my drink (a simple medium sprite) tasted like it had dirt inside Were they in a rush?
