Average restaurant at best… although nice deco and clean bathroom and good location at Ville Saint Laurent. Maybe because precisely it’s often packed at lunch time that service is 2 stars at best as many other reviewers have pointed out. We arrived and got seated right away as it’s past 1pm and kind of past lunch time. The lady handed us a menu and not even 1 minute later come back and check whether we are ready to order… I asked to please give us a moment and then… though they have like 5 waiters and our waiter also not busy…. They dont come to check on us until much MUCH later… after serving 4 tables of customers… 😅🥲 Then when the order arrived for a XL Pho at the price of $16 for a special Pho… the noodles they have inside the Pho is like a medium size in most noodle shops… very little…. They have 3 tiny slices of beef, 1 small tendon and 2 half of beef balls and that’s it for meat. I ordered a bowl of extra noodles for $3 and still hungry. Omg! Even their plate of bean sprouts is small. Their portions are ridiculously small and I can honestly tell you to not take my word for it, believe in many other people’s negative reviews and maybe skip this place… otherwise be unpleasantly surprised!! I ended up going to another place and had to order lunch again to be full. Im a regular adult in my early 50s and Im not a teenager. I dont have a monster appetite. Im just a regular guy. Feel free to try this place and give your own rating if you dont believe me. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.

New place! Exciting! Until you get it with a sloppy service, average taste with an above average price tag to it. We ordered a grilled chicken pho soup and a grilled chicken. The welcoming was at the minimum possible. The dishes arrived fairly quick. There we realized that two things were missing: side sprouted beans for the soup and the roll that usually comes with the grills at any other vietnamese restaurants. We asked later on and one was forgotten, the other comes with an extra fee. The taste was not wow for the soup and ok for the grill. We left there not impressed. I have tasted better pho for 2$ less in average, and paid 4$ less for the grilled chicken. I weakly ecommand this place.

Food is excellent! Went there today for lunch with my family. While everyone had pho, I had the banh Xeo. The Pho was delicious and there isn't a lot of artificial flavouring because when it does, you can keep drinking water afterwards. For the banh xeo, which is served only from Thursday to Saturday, was very crispy and generous in their filling (bean sprouts, Shrimps, pork belly and mung beans). The Vietnamese coffee was strong, just like it's supposed to be. As for dessert, we had the Chè Ba Mào or the 3 color dessert. The portion is very generous and the perfect way to finish the meal. Definitely recommended!

I has been to this place today with my 11 yrs old daughter. Presented by 7:30PM, the restaurant had 3 tables at that time which two almost done eating and one waiting to order. Since there is plenty of free tables, we sat down at a free table and were notice by a waitress who showed unhappy on her face. About 2 minutes later, I was greeted by the waitress with "we close at 8PM" and put 2 glasses of water on table, she turn away for a moment then get back told us that we should waiting for a table . The Waiting for table sign was put away and behind a sanitizer stand :) Then the other waiter come to our table, might be the manager or son of owner, it was 7:40PM, and said "we closed at 8PM" with a look not really want to serve . I asked if we do not finish our dish then we all have to leave by 8PM ? He answer "you can seat till 8:05PM . That's it, we decided to leave and have dinner elsewhere. The later waiter escorted us to the door and throw "you do not have CLASS" in my face !! My daughter was shocked and asked me why they were do RUDE ? So That's it for me, from now on, this restaurant is scratched out of my list with such behavior and way to greet customers especially when customers come in 30 or 45 minutes before closing. Adios Miss Pho which I will...

The food was average in terms of flavors and price, i'd give it 3 stars. I had quite a bit tastier viet food for slightly better prices in some places, but there's also a lot of worst places. That is the only main criticism I have to say though. Ingredients freshness was 5 stars, restaurant set-up, cleanliness, service speed, staff : all 5 stars. The dine in experience is just really good there. Also, they have actual fried ice cream, which is really hard to find. Most places just throw oily bread crumbs on ice cream which is disgusting, this place has the real thing which is great. Again though, it could be better. There's too much bread around it, the ice cream is quite watery and waxy and it's better served with maple syrup versus honey imo... but it's still pretty good nonetheless. I also had a chance to try their "pad thai". It was pretty good, although it has absolutely 0 authenticity. No pad thai taste at all whatsoever. Maybe call it a pad viet or...
