I understand they need to make money but the portion relative to price was ridiculous. 5 portions of rice/potatoes with a sprinkle of chicken and beef on the combo...with brio...$20.

I get better portions and service at other Amir's!

Unfortunately this will be the first and last time for this location.

As for the service, horrible....the cashier practically threw the pita bread on my plate from 2 feet away! Is this what I'm paying for!!!

Amir should be evaluating their brand per location to insure positive branding..over the last few years, I find that it has deteriorated across the board. If it were my business, well I would be applying fines to the franchise owner for destroying my brand name and the quality of service...

Not worth the price with that service for this location avoid at all cost.

The similar restaurant in Placebo Vertu has better service and definitely better portions!!! Better value and the service is fantastic!

Avoid this location at all cost in my opinion.

If I could give this Amir a negative star , I would. I asked for a sandwich trio. When I got to the cash, the lady with the black hair and glasses punched in my order and I paid. I then asked for my drink, which comes with a trio she replied she charged me for potatoes and a sandwich and it was too late to add a drink because I already paid. She was extremely rude. I then asked so I’m not getting a drink that I asked for? She looked at me with such anger and said it’s too late. She literally turned around and walked away! I believe this Amir is owned by the family. They really need to re-evaluate who is taking care of their customer service. Worst and rudest woman I have ever met ! I told her she had a nasty attitude and I will never be returning. I am also telling everyone I know this story. No thanks ! Keep your food ! I will go to the other Amir up...

WORST possible customer service ever!!!

I gave my address and phone number to get my order delivered to my home. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to get delivered since they were busy. After an hour of waiting and no sign of my food, i called to see if my food was on its way. The answer I was given was ridiculous: we tried calling you ! Um really?!! Not only did I have ZERO missed calls on my cell phone while anxiously waiting for my food for OVER an hour because I was starving at this point BUT if a delivery guy was REALLY nearby he would try calling several times to get a hold of customer in order not to waste/lose the order. That's what I call trying to save face , because let's face it the order never even left the restaurant or was altogether forgotten ! Will never order from...
