I had always bought my Portuguese bread buns from them for many years, until the day, someone decided to pre-package them. Why the change all of a sudden. This is the only Portuguese Bakery in the city, that pre-packages their bread. I want fresh bread. I want to see the fresh bread on a display rack. I don't want old bread from the day before. Also, the lady who is probably the owner, has ZERO, customer service skills.
That being said, I will stop going to this bakery because the bread is old and pre-packaged. I can go to: Pâtisserie Notre Maison, or, La Baguette Dorée , or Patisserie Lajeunesse, or even at an Italian bakery, where the bread is all fresh, and displayed on a rack, and not pre-packaged. Goodbye Rosário, keep up the good work by getting rid of...
We haven't really wanted to eat pastéis de nata ever since the Bela Vista bakery on Papineau closed, so we were keen to try these here when we walked past and saw that they touted themselves as having "the best natas in Montreal". There was an impressive variety of flavors, but we knew better than to fall for fancy, superficial new flavors; what we wanted was the authentic taste, the tried and true classic tarts that had withstood the test of time. We ordered a dozen of those (for 17$), and in hindsight, we should've been more wary if only because they were all visually inconsistent, even among the same flavors (see photo). Disappointment permeated the very first bite. There was no flavor whatsoever! It was bland as could be, and worse yet, it tasted eggy, which meant the custard had been overcooked. We had to sprinkle our own cinnamon and add lemon zest to make it...

Dear [Store Name / Manager's Name],
I am writing to express my disappointment with the nata I purchased today. My wife and I each bought one, and I must say that this is not the first time we have bought from your store; normally, the products are good. However, today’s nata was far from fresh—it looked like it had been sitting for a month. It was very disappointing and of poor quality.
Please be aware that if the nata is not fresh, customers should be advised not to purchase it. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure better quality in the future.
Thank you for your...
