We recently visited the newly opened Pacini at Marché Centrale and were beyond impressed! From the moment we walked in, the sleek, modern, and chic decor caught our eye—it’s beautifully designed yet still feels warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between upscale and casual.

The service? Absolutely phenomenal. Our waiter was prompt, courteous, and genuinely customer-focused—one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.

As for the food, every dish was a delight. Fresh ingredients, expertly prepared, and full of flavor—it truly exceeded our expectations.

Our experience last Sunday was honestly quite disappointing, largely due to the poor service from our waiter, Eric (with the chest tattoo in-case I’m wrong with the name). He brought me the wrong dish and didn’t even bother to acknowledge the mistake or apologize—just replaced it like nothing happened. My dad’s meal was served cold, and when we sent it back, it came back still cold, which is unacceptable.

First time going to Pacini's and I gotta say I'm impressed.

From start to finish, we had excellent service and the food/drinks were perfect. Everything on the menu is well organized and appealing, and surprisingly informative to our tastes. They give vegan, keto and halal options which is quite nice for them to go out of the way.

The instant bread bar to start off was a welcomed surprise. We ordered a prosciutto pizza, a plate of linguine alfredo with added chicken breast, and a plate of steak with sea salt from Sicily. Everything was rich and flavorful down to the last bite.
