PFK — Restaurant in Montreal

I ordered PFK from 6025 Henri Bourassa on ajan 13 at 6:14 online. Our order was supposed to arrive at 7:15. 7:40 still didn't arrive but my travker online said it was delivered. So i called the restaurant no answer, then my boyfriend started calling, they finally answered at 8:00, our order didn't leave yet, it was still sitting on the counter. So the woman said she would call the delivery guy right away. 8:30-840, still no order. My boyfriend calls again and they keep picking up and hanging up on him. But as he's very persistant he calls and calls and many hangups later, they do eventually answer. My boyfriend laces into the person that answered and he's trying to make excuses for the driver, but says our order has left. Order finally arrived at 9:15, 3 hours after we ordered. We had the light on, but the driver was lost, he was looking all around and was about to go to my neighbor's house, had my boyfriend not run out and see him. The food was also ice cold. WORST SERVICE EVER. NO WONDER THIS PLACE HAD ONLY 2.4 STARS. I gave a 1 star only because that's the lowest you can give. This place deserves a ---10. WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! If someone from PFK is reading this you should change your staff or you will be losing many customers as I've read the other comments. Did I also mention that we were missing an item and missing chicken pieces in the bucket. The chicken pieces were tiny and chicken and fries tasted like they were 2 days old. Never did I experience such bad...

The staff was nice, the guys and stuff were okay so that I didn't mind.

The food itself, though... The sauce was super, SUPER watery - normally KFC sauce, unless they changed it, is thick and rich. The only taste this sauce had was burnt, and it was so liquid that even a day in the fridge it was still just super liquid. It's like they dilute it more than they should.

The fries tasted old, like when you get day old fries and pop them in the oven and they crisp up unevenly. Some pieces on a single fry were hard as a rock while another was super soft. It's just strange.

We had some chicken tenders as well. So here's the thing - it's a hard thing to mess up. Normally they're breaded in the same coating as the chicken pieces, but this one looked and tasted like just random no name chicken tenders you get at a supermarket. Zero taste, chicken was super tough, coupled with the sauce I just don't understand what's going on there.

Best part? We got some corn, because that was the only side they had left, and there was some hair in it. It's not from us since we both have a different hair color from the hair we found in the corn, but needless to say it was promptly thrown away.

50 bucks for watery sauce, tough chicken tenders, bad fries, hair in your sides, what else could you ask for?

Absolutely horrendous service. 2 hours after I placed an order, they called to tell me that they were out of the chicken I ordered. I don't understand why it took them 2 hours from the time I ordered to tell me that. The guy that called got snarky when I questioned why it took 2 hours for them to figure out they couldn't complete my order - told me that SOME people wait over 2.5 hours for their order. Kfc is supposed to be FAST food??? In the process of trying to find out why it was taking so long, we calleed the central system (1-888 number) and spent over 40 minutes on hold for these people to answer. When they finally do answer, they don't even hear out everything you say, they actually just put you on hold & transfer you without telling you who you'll end up talking to.... Refund takes between 5-7 days to be processed, and they can not send a confirmation that the order was cancelled or anything before then. The people at the store don't know what they're doing, and neither do the people on the phones at kfc central or whatever you want to call it. Absolute worst experience i have EVER had with ordering delivery. Do NOT waste your time with them.
