RESTAURANT LA BELLE PROVINCE — Restaurant in Montreal

Ordered through UberEats. Medium poutine with extra cheese - there was basically barely enough fries for a small, the fries themselves were both borderline burnt yet also undercooked (oil was too hot is my guess, the inside of the fries was hard yet the outside was very dark), got gyros where the tzatziki had an off taste... Hot dogs were fine, but I mean that's by FAR the easiest item to get right since it's borderline automated.

I don't understand what is going on with this place. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes like today is awful in quality and quantity. Sadly, never again.

(also is the first time I order poutine from a Belle Province where the cheese curds arrived FULLY MELTED. This means they are old or really bad quality, because they aren't supposed to...

Cardboards foods was unacceptable. The 2 cardboards start to flow from the sauce while i was transporting for 5 seconds from the fast food and when I arrive at my destination, both cardboards was cover by the sauce. I return to explain the situation to that chinese caisher but everytime that try to explain the situation to her, she keep cutting me and blame me for no reason. I say to her if she can put adhesive tape on the cover of the sauce so the sauce wouldnt flow again. But again, that chinese women keep cutting me and stop...

The owner is rude and obnoxious. Not a pleasant place to go eat. He has attitude towards his staff and customers . I don’t find it very appropriate. He through a stupid comment at me. That is the last time I go there. If you walk in this restaurant and a bald shirt man served you, he is the owner, he will be the one yelling at his staff and not respecting...
