Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

I’ve been to this Tims countless amount of times — and I fail to remember ONE good experience within the past year. I can totally understand mistakes, bad days, covid affecting workflow/motivation etc… I’m typically VERY reasonable and patient… However, I can confirm that my last 10 visits were disastrous, on top of all the rest which were beyond sub-par. The drive-through here in particular is a nightmare. I’m constantly stuck waiting for over 20 minutes even when there’s maybe 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. I was asked to wait on the side several times for my order (which usually consists of a black coffee and a bagel), only to be forgotten time and time again. My coffee’s are more often than not riddled with cream and sugar (despite me asking for black every time). I stopped correcting their mistakes at one point because it would take an eternity for the staff to rectify the error, so I’d pay, drive-off and leave the coffee for the trash.

The staff is polite most of the time — not much to comment on here other than a few exceptions. I always appreciate kind people. My 2 star review comes mostly from the fact that certain members of the staff pull through sometimes, and are overall nice. I only hope this location improves. There’s nothing but room to improve here.

There’s definitely more to say, but I think I made my point. Starting from this day forward, I’ve chosen never to come here again. There are FAR better run Tim Hortons in and around Montreal. I’d rather drive further away to get decent service than settle for this. Avoid this...

I am very sad to say that I will make it a point to stay away from this Tim Horton's. I visited this establishment twice in the past week and a half, the last time on Monday March 4, 2019 at around 7:15 am. I ordered an extra large french vanilla ( in English) and two bagels with cream cheese. The attendant asked me if I would like a hash brown with that. I asked, how much would the bill be with and without the hash brown. She did not answer. Instead she repeated her request would you like a hash brown. I repeated my question . She asked me to approach the window. At the window she asked me for the to pay the cost of the coffee. I reminded her that I has asked the difference in the price of the order with and without the hash brown. I ashed to speak to the manger and the manager was not interested in speaking to me because I spoke english. I asked, what about the bagels. They responded go back through the drive through the drive through to order the bagel. I responded by saying it was their responsibility to communicate with me to get the order right. Their response was tho move away they had other cars to process, and if I did not move they would call the police. I expressed my dissatisfaction. I had to leave with no order in hand. I asked my passenger.... was it me????...... she responded maybe they can not do...

Zéro étoiles si je peux le donner. Système informatique des années 2000. Bagel dure et ça goûté le vieux bagel réchauffé. Propreté laisse à désirer Service non conviviale (zéro sourir) Service au volent super lent disappointing experience from start to finish. I have no choice but to give this place a one-star review because of how slow and unclean it was.

First of all, the service was incredibly slow. There was a long line of customers waiting to be served, and it seemed like the management didn't care about getting orders out in a timely manner. It took an eternity just to place my order, and then I had to wait even longer for my food and drink to be prepared. It's as if they were deliberately trying to test my patience.

But the lack of speed was not the only issue. The cleanliness of the place was appalling. The floor and tables were dirty, and there were crumbs and food debris. It made me question the overall and sanitation practices of this establishment.

Overall, this Tim Hortons location failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The slow service, lack of cleanliness, and subpar food and drinks made for a truly unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to think twice and find another Tim Hortons or a different coffee...
