PFK — Restaurant in Montreal

I drove out tonight craving kfc as I got there the door was closed it was 8:45 when it's supposed to close at 9:00 the guy cleaning at the entrance told me it's closed i showed him the time and reminded him it's supposed to close at 9... He let's me in this dude wearing a warm hat in the kitchen tells me "There is more chicken!" I said well I drove out my way what solution do you offer? He scoffs tells me i should tell him what solution I want to have ... I see someone else make a chicken sandwich i reply thought there was no chicken ? "He says sandwich yeah, but no chicken!" I told him well that's misleading bc everything on the menu has chicken even sandwiches and him saying there is no chicken is saying there is nothing. He caught an attitude. I said I won't encourage the business by spending my money there anymore. He said "eat well" . We will my friends and I oredered from Grilly's instead. I'm never going back there hoping this store closes just like all the others...

DO NOT order their food online, you'll most likely not get the it before you starve to death. Last time (Tuesday July 9th around 6-7pm) me and my friend ordered online, checked the order and it says this store is preparing our food. 60 min prep time (we were fine with it), after 90 minutes, still not here. Then we started calling the store, the woman told us to call the number of the main department(already sketchy). Like idiots we did and of course the main department told us to call back the store instead. We were rather annoyed and asked whoever worked there what the hell's going on. Guess what? She hung up on us. Called a second time, asked her to get the manager... then she just left the damn phone on the desk (we can hear mild sounds of people walking around).
