Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montreal

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION

I’ve placed countless orders through the Pizza Hut app, always with pan crust selected by default—never had an issue until today. For some reason, this time the app selected thin crust instead. Maybe it was a glitch, maybe it was my mistake—but either way, I called the store to try and resolve it.

I initially spoke with a young lady who was polite and seemed to understand the situation. I was simply looking for a reasonable, mutual solution. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ended.

The owner (I assume) took over the call and completely disregarded anything I was saying. He talked over me, showed zero interest in resolving the issue, and made it crystal clear he didn’t care about customer service. When I tried to explain myself, he hung up in my face mid-conversation. Not only was that beyond disrespectful, but completely unnecessary. All I wanted was a small gesture of goodwill—I was even willing to pay another $45 to receive the correct order.

Now that I’ll no longer be ordering from this location, let me take a moment to mention other issues we encountered over time but never complained about—trying to give the benefit of the doubt:

1.Cold pizza 2.Vegetables that weren’t fresh 3.Undercooked chicken 4.Hard breadsticks 5.Undercooked pizza dough 6.Missing dips 7.Being cheap with paid extra toppings

We overlooked all of these out of loyalty and convenience, but clearly, that loyalty was one-sided.

We used to order from this location once a week. That ends now. To the owner who apparently moved from Pizza Pizza to Pizza Hut—if you ran your last business with the same attitude, it’s no surprise it didn’t work out.

You’ve just lost over $2,300 in future revenue from my family. I hope your arrogance and poor attitude continue to pay off—because you’ve definitely lost our trust and...

It's nice to see Pizza Hut backin NDG but it's not like I remember. I don't know if it's the owners of this Pizza Hut that are cutting corners but the pizza was subpar very bland. I ordered an all dressed with added bacon for $18 and 14 traditional wings for $15 plus the $4 delivery fee and taxes it was $41 for disappointment. The pizza had almost no sauce and the topings were none existent, the chicken wings were supposed to be a glossy delight turned out to be something you would order from pizza rodi. I expect more coming from a huge franchise like Pizza Hut. Tried it out for the first time in a very long time and was disappointed I won't be ordering again it's way over priced for something...

I ordered 5 pizzas and all of them were severely undercooked. They tasted like raw dough and we had to put them in the oven to further cook them. After calling the store and informing them, they blamed us for not knowing how pizza is cooked, and that all pizza is made this way. They were quite rude on the phone. We reported this incident to Pizza Hut however nothing was ever done about it. This is a shame as I used to regularly order from this location, however that will not be happening anymore.
