Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montreal

I'm a Pizza Hut die-hard fan and this is probably the worst one I have seen, including in other countries. I've finally learned my lesson, never going to that one again, go to the one at the corner of Jean-Talon & Christophe-Colomb instead

THE GOOD: Absolutely none that I can think of

THE BAD: -Delivery takes forever, food will arrive cold, expect 1 hour to 1.5 hour. -They NEVER cut the pizza correctly, so when you take a slice the pizza tears and all the ingredients fall over. -They forget ingredients or dipping sauces. -They don't answer the phone, you are put on hold and after 30 minutes it automatically hangs up, saying there is no more room on the line.

THE UGLY: -Pan pizzas are ALWAYS overcooked, dried up, hard and flat. Ordered there 4-5 times over the span of over 2 years and it's always been like this. At the Pizza Hut corner of Jean-Talon & Christophe-Colomb, the pan pizzas are always fluffy and perfectly cooked, generous...

It’s the second time i come here with my friends to dine in. We received in both situations the bill without asking it but today we were told that we had to leave because they had to clean up the restaurant before closing it. Supposedly, they close at 10:00pm but it was 9:28pm when they were kicking us out. The waitress and the other employee saw our reaction and told us we could stay 5-10min if needed. We were brought the bill without even receiving the dessert and it’s the second time it happens and I’ve only been there twice. The first time it happened it was barely 3:00pm. worst pizza place in the history of montreal. i ordered my pizza on pizza hut website at 2pm. it said my order would arrive in 10 minutes from 3:30 to 5pm. at 5pm i had to leave the house and i couldnt get the pizza so i called the store to cancel the order. the store staff told them to wait for 1 minute then hung up and never called back. at 5:20pm, which means i was out on the street, the website said my pizza was delivered. i got home at 6:30 and there was no pizza. i contacted the store and still the same thing, they beat around the bush and didnt fix it for me. avoid them if you dont want to waste your money. i will never support another...
