This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced EVER!
My order was 2 hours late and after being on the line with customer service for so long, they agreed to give us the pizza for free because of your “Free if not delivered within 60 mins policy”.
The delivery guy came and we told him that customer service said that we don’t have to pay anything. He calls the store manager and the manager told him that they won’t give the pizza for free and told him to bring the pizza back.
We called customer service again and they tried calling the store manager but he still refused to honour the free pizza offer and stopped answering their calls even.
After that, customer service gave us a credit for the full amount of the pizza and placed a second order. I asked them what happens if they just deliver the same pizza again??
To which they said that I can change the toppings and that would ensure that we get a freshly made pizza.
But guess what, They just reheated the old pizza with the old toppings and...
