Pizza Roni — Restaurant in Montreal

I ordered a pizza. First it took 40min. Fine, I can wait, although I was 5min from there. Then, they delivered the wrong pizza. Fine, it’s human to make mistakes. I call back asking for my vegetarian and a discount and an employee starts to blame me, pretending I was unclear about which pizza I wanted and gets impolite. Spoiler : I wasn’t unclear, and I exclusively eat vegetarian pizzas. Saying “sorry for the mistake” to your customers is too much ? End of the story : they came back, rang my doorbell, gave me the back my money, and turned away, without a single word.

Conclusion : not recommended, worst customer service I’ve seen on the island for now, the pizza was… I didn’t get served lol. Unfortunately, I can’t give a negative number of stars on...

This was one of the worst places I had food from. Not only was the service bad, but so was the food.

Putting an order over the phone was the biggest hassle. The worker did not understand a single word that was being told, she constantly kept on rushing the order without answering the questions and hung up at the end as I was asking her how much the total was.

As the driver came to deliver the food, he started being riled up at the fact that I was paying by card rather than cash. Although, he carried the machine in his car.

To put a cherry on top of it, the food was subpar. The fries contained hair and the worst part of it all, THE PIZZA HAD A DEAD FLY MELTED INTO THE CHEESE!

I highly do not...

The food is usualy good but the service is terrible!!! We always order pizza from this restaurant but today it happened that our pickup family pizzas was burnt from the top and it was hard to eat. We called the restaurant just to ask about what happened. The lady who answered the phone was rude and said that " we are aware of the issue and we have a problem with the oven" and she closed her statement by saying "it is an oven issue - what can I do for you??" Well, I had to explain that it would be nice if you inform your clients about the oven's problem before you take the order or during the pickup of the delivery etc etc... all that went in vain. She did not apologize or even admit that anything...
