132 Bar Vintage — Restaurant in Montreal

I went for the Christmas bar experience and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival there was a bit of a lineup, but we were very quickly greeted by such a nice man - reassuring us the wait wouldn’t be very long. it wasn’t - 5/7 mins we were inside.

So the simplest way to describe it - the whole bar is wrapped up and it’s like Christmas vomitted. (In a good way).

I didn’t have a drink from the drink list. (If you read some of my other reviews. I’m picky!) but they did accommodate me. Christmas spirit high.

Truly felt like I was in a hallmark movie. I feel like this place could be the perfect meet cute for a rom com. Everyone is singing along to the Christmas carols. The staff was extremely friendly. Thank you to Brittany and Micheal made the evening special!

Nice vibe very chill with a cozy atmosphere however the service was not good and drinks are expensive. We were one of the only ones there yet I had to go to the bar to ask for refills twice. Once for the drinks and then for waters. I don't think the 2 young ladies realise how important it is to check up on the customers. I purposely went out of my way to not show frustration but yet I could tell that the waitress knew she was doing a bad job especially after I had to get up the second time because no one was serving us. Then the look she gave me when she handed me the pin pad with 18% being the lowest tip was also very telling. A little bit of effort in customer service and attentiveness would have...

I was there with some friends... we had a great night.... As well we had some issues on our experience as well! Too croudy!... too expensive (more then 25$ for a drink!!!) , drink on chart and extras not clear at all! I personally find not correct when you take a drink of 17$ with a replacement on the alcohol, but you ve been charged 17 $ extra for a total of 34 $ before tip and taxes for a drink... and I never got advised for the extra price. But I have to say... the owner acknowledged the problem and he offered the drinks, very cool by his side! But still the missing of transparency. Some customers the could call it...
