I have only been here once, never tried the place and won’t be trying it again.
My family was wanting to try it out, we had seen the TikToks online and wanted to try it for ourselves. We had ordered a pizza and two different types of wings. All that totalled near $100 and needless to say, we were NOT satisfied.
Firstly, the pizza. It was an alright pizza for a fast food place though it was very greasy and parts of the dough was still doughy. The bottom of the pizza was burnt, showing that it was cooked at too high of a heat.
Secondly, the wings and dip. When you order wings, you’re planning to get nice, juicy wings with a tasty dipping sauce. This was far from it. The wings were tiny with very little meat on the bone, and 32 was not enough for my family of four. Not only were the wings burnt, small and a total disappointment, but we had gotten a ranch dip for them, and when I tell you I would rather eat a can of dog food than have to go through the expired and near sour ranch that I unfortunately put myself through a bite of, I would.
Lastly, the service. The people working at the time looked as if they were not happy to be there (I don’t blame them.) but we felt rushed when we were looking over the menu. It was unpleasant.
In conclusion, I will not be returning and risk my family’s health, as we don’t want food poisoning.

Read moreI love Salvatoré. I order from different locations. This one location, Pierrefonds, I can't stand it anymore. At least 2 times, they forgot to put bacon on my pizza, so I always add a note saying, "Please do not forget it (again)". But last night is where I draw the line. The employee with whom I spoke was rude and hung up before I could ask more questions or leave my information for the manager. Last night, I placed an order. One of my items tasted very different than usual. My poutine was very, very sweet so I called them at the store. The employee who answered was apologetic at first, then proceeded to say "ok he'll talk with manager and says goodbye". I raised my voice by saying "wait wait don't you need my information or order number? Something?" But he had hung up.
This means I'll have to call back at the location and try to speak with a manager directly. I am not happy that I'll have to re-explain myself and so forth. After many, many days of not eating, I was looking forward to my meal and didn't get to eat. Very unpleasant.
EDIT: The next morning, I got a call back from the manager. He was very nice and understanding. They fixed the issue and also sent me a 10$ voucher for my next order. I can say that the rapid response from the customer service department deserves the best compliment....
Read moreOrdered a bunch of pizza for takeout. This was perhaps the worst restaurant pizza I've ever had. The sauce just tastes like tomatoe paste. And the crust was way too doughy and soft. I really did not enjoy the pizza. Really didn't!
Update Oct 26, 2025 A few days after I left the review I got contacted by a customer representative, asking for details! I obliged and provided details, but then i got more replies, asking for more details and receipts. Firstly, I never asked to be compensated.
Secondly, who keeps receipts for take out pizza a few days after the fact.
Thirdly, why do you pass me around like puck from one rep to another. I didn't contact you. You contacted me. At least be professional enough to stick to the same rep.
Fourthly, I told you from the first reply that i didn't place the order. You still kept asking for details and then you tell me "we can't verify the transaction"! Basically accusing me of lying.
Big fail on the pizza, and a bigger fail on trying to make things right.
