I decided to post this review so that someone who has access to Google business account can cancel my order and help me get a refund for the order that never got completed!! This place is more than one star in general, but to solve my situation, I chose one star for now. Please get back to me so that we can fix this together 🙏 I ordered a pick up via Google Maps’ Snappy Innovations on 24th August 2023 and it never got confirmed by the resto so I called them and they said they had never signed up for it. But somehow my credit card was still charged under their name. Plus, my order history says it’s completed when I received nothing for my payment! I asked their server if he can check their Google Business account but he said he can’t. Who is reviewing this place? It was truly awful. I've lived in Korea and this food was nothing like it. First of all, the service was awful and we never got refills on our water. Second of all the food was TERRIBLE.

I thought Korean Fried Chicken sounded good but instead they give you some strange skin/breaded chicken with no meat. Then they cover it in a sauce that has the consistency of snot and tastes like pure pineapple juice. The menu said it came with vegetables. By vegetables they must have meant exactly what you can see in my picture. A sauteed lemon, a few shavings of carrot, and a bit of random greens.

If you’re looking to try jajangmyun, this is one of the places to get it in Montreal. Located near the Decarie highway, you can get here by : walking from metro Vendome, getting on a bus or going with your car (there is free parking next door, in front of the park = except from 15h30 to 18h30 because of rush hour). The menu is simple and straightforward with pictures to help you decide. The staff is nice and welcoming, they don’t hesitate to explain the menu to you if it’s your first time.
