I ordered a XL large pizza today around 3:15 the agent told me it will take about 40 minutes around anything after that the pizza will be free . We'll that isn't true the pizza guy arrived at my building late he couldn't enter inside the corridor according to his own testimony he forgot the building code so he called his boss for the code. He also called my phone at 3:57 to let me know that he can't enter the building which I mentioned to him don't you have the building code then the phone hangs up. He calls back again about entering the building he eventually made his way to my apartment to deliver my pizza I told him that you are late and pizza pizza owes me a free pizza. The delivery driver said it isn't his fault because he tried contacting his boss for the code he didn't have wifi access I told him that has nothing to do with me I contacted back pizza pizza to make a claim for my free pizza.
Pizza pizza agent & manager told me that the delivery driver arrived at my door at 3:54 according to their tracker which is a lie the driver couldn't get inside the building at 3:57 because he forgot the code.
Pizza pizza doesn't honor their own guarantee policy they go according to their system tracker which isn't correct I told them that I have the time on my cellphone the drive contacted me they didn't want to see it.
Poor management all across the board I have no Respect for them NOT HONEST PEOPLE.
I forgot to mention that the delivery driver offered me a free bottle of coke the next time he delivers, I told him I'm not interested in the bottle of coke the agent who took my order said free pizza if the delivery is late the agent said 3:55pm is late....the delivery driver called my phone at 3:57 trying to enter inside the building. The driver new he was late. Pizza pizza doesn't want us to know that there system works in their favor WHAT ever time their tracker says vs your time doesn't matter only there tracker time counts not your time. I offered to send the time stamp on my cellphone went the delivery driver arrived & call me they didn't want to except that.
Don't be surprised if you experience similar behaviors from pizza pizza went it comes to honoring their free pizza policy
Saturday March 8th I tried posting the decision of weather or not pizza pizza will honor their policy on giving me my free pizza.... they blocked 🚫 me from posting all the information of their decision This is how far they will go to not let people see the truth in their lies.....

Ashley a Supervisor from pizza pizza took a second look at my complaint and said there was some confusion with the information on both sides that needed to be addressed with the person who took my order & the delivery driver...she offered me a credit on my next order at pizza pizza. I greatly appreciate Ashley for taking the time in going back to review everything THAT'S what a good supervisor does goes the extra mile.

Read moreGreat GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA 🍕!! I'm someone who MUST eat gluten-free and was happy to find that option @ pizzapizza 🍕 - though it only is offered in the "SMALL" pie format. CON: Chose delivery and I didn't like having to go thru main office in T.O. to order from place 4blocks away, esp b/c they kept telling me my address didn't exist,..😤. I wanted thin crust, they "couldn't do that", etc..... For something as personal as food, I do prefer to speak to place preparing it. However, order was delivered correctly and within the 30(-45)min. promised. At this time I can't speak to restaurant facilities at this location. FOOD: Pizzas were reasonably warm, crusts were really nice; thin, tasty and crispy, and kept that way by light corrugated paper in the bottom of the box. No steam build-up. The GF pies come with two toppings included in price but we got one plain pie, just tomato and cheese (as it should be!), and one with spinach and feta. Both were v good. The latter wasn't fresh spinach but was actually better - bigger mouthfuls of really good greens. Only comment, feta might have been better. Also it was cubed and mainly central - I am being picky, but I would prefer it crumbled overall. While I do plan a "site-visit" soon, from this experience I can particularly recommend the pizzapizza GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA TO EVERYONE!! Maybe they'll offer it in larger pies too, - you certainly don't have to be gluten-free...
Read morePizza Pizza needs to take customer service seriously and for this store especially. I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this store.
They tell you that it's going to take a long time for the order AFTER you've paid for the order. It happened to me and same thing happened to the next customer and that gentleman wasn't happy either. The cashier was also going to make that gentleman pay more than he should had I not tell him that he could get a whole pizza instead of three slices for less or the same price. Then I told the cashier that maybe next time she could tell customers beforehand. She immediately came up with "you've been trouble ever since you stepped in the store." Then I asked who the manager was. The manager came over and said "we don't need customers like you."
I have always been courteous to people around me and have deep respect for people working in customer service as I worked in the industry not too long ago and know their hardships. They might be under too much pressure, but taking it out on the customer is inexcusable.
I for one will not be visiting this...
