Sushi et Crèmerie Amour — Restaurant in Montreal

There's so much to say about this place! I ordered a sushi platter, the amour rolls, and shrimp tempura. I put in the order comments "no cooked salmon please". The restaurant called me to confirm what I was looking for and replaced deep fried salmon rolls with kamikaze rolls.

The quality of the food was unbelievable, fresh, tasty, I'd even say probably the best sushi I've had in forever. Better than most places in Montreal.

The only issue, and I'm not detracting any part of the score, they forgot to send me the shrimp tempura. Ask yourself when have you left a 5 star review and not received your favorite dish. It was so much perfect food I probably didn't need it 😂. Next time I hope they send me double...

Delicious and beautiful sushi! This restaurant uses fresh and quality ingredients, so you can really taste the difference. The avocado is ripe and creamy, the cucumber is thinly cut and crunchy, you can tell they really take their time to make their sushi with "amour" 🥰 Even the ginger slices (red ones) they use and the wasabi paste (it's smooth and placed in a little bowl made out of cucumber with a heart-shaped cut piece of carrot on top) are better quality than regular sushi shops. There is a solid reason why these reviews are so good. Because they make really good and really fresh sushi! The Wasabi is also soooo fresh! It's not like the little balls of play dough you get elsewhere. This Wasabi litterally drips, that's how fresh it is! I highly recommend this place. Definitely worth waiting 15-20 minutes for your take out. You can technically eat in restauraunt as well, but they definitely specialize in high volume take out! Absolutely...
