This is an update following the owner’s reply to my original post submitted on September 2 (see below). I have also changed my rating for Service from 3 stars to 2 stars… for the hassle of not getting the issue resolved to date (September 7) and having to ask for a proper link a second time.
The link you provided for further assistance does not apply to me as I live in Montreal, Canada where an employee at the cash neglected to give me the chocolate pie dessert (CA$2.32) after I paid her in cash, even though she handed me the change for CAD$3.00!! As I had explained in my original post, I cannot possibly provide a 5-digit zip code, only a postal code and, thus, I I was not able to be transferred to a live agent by a BOT in order to provide further information + a screenshot of the receipt to a live agent!!
Please note that I don’t have a car and rely on public transportation which would have taken me almost 30 minutes by bus, had I attempted to go back to retrieve a dessert for $2 + tax. It is the principle of having to pay for something that I did not even get to eat and enjoy! I am surprised that a manager who seemed to be inside the restaurant at the time, did not notice an unclaimed dessert probably sitting in the corner of the counter, obviously, out of sight for me to see before I sat down to eat my trio...
Read more2 months ago,I bought 2 whoppers and the large onion ring and frises.Onion rings was left over of many hours ago .Both whopper cold with bad smell.........and we decide to not buy again from them.Last night my kids ask about Whopper and I decide to buy for them.Front of me just 3 cars were waiting,but 25 min ,i was waiting.I changed idea,but I was stuck on lines car.When the lady said bonjour to take my order.she seems talking at sleep (without energie ).I told her ,i need 2 whoppers for 8$,but 4-5 times she said what??????????and i repeated ,finally,i spelled W H O P P ER 3 times to make her understand.It is 2 years ,i am living Montreal nord,but this Burger king is awful.the staffs,are very slow and.....I have a word for the owner:every burger king has 2-3 times costumers more than you.Every body can not work fast and smart.look around for...
Read moreWent there at 1:30 pm October 12, 2016. The service was slow. I had to repeat my order four times to the girl and in the end it was still wrong. I mean how complicated is it?? Really to think there may have been candidates rejected for this job and this is the best they could do? She acted completely like a constipated deer in the headlights except when she was chatting with friends. She could barely open her mouth to speak or raise her voice enough to be heard, and seemed to be completely void of any customer service skills. Maybe if I had been texting to her it would have been better. This place only gets back points because their burgers are the standard BK burgers. Otherwise I will avoid this place in the future. Maybe they could do like McDonalds and get kiosks so we can avoid all these abysmally awful people...
