Restaurant Lafleur — Restaurant in Montreal

Last Wednesday, May 6th around 6:30pm, I went to eat with my daughter (9 years old). Due to Covid, we eat on the parking area and we normally go twice a month due to the vegetarian poutine sauce. Last Wednesday, a short white male employee came out from the kitchen (with his uniform) and stood up left side of the 2 big aluminum containers located in the parking area. The employee starts peeing beside my car while my daughter and I were eating indeed inside our car! I couldn’t believed this! I couldn’t see his face, only his back. I got out of the car and started heading inside the resto to complaint! I was super upset as he didn’t care if we or others, were there eating inside the car! He turned around and I screamed at him “now are you going inside the kitchen to wash your hands right!?” He looked at me surprised. I wished I had taken a video but I was so upset I totally forgot. I went inside and complaint to the supervisor (I guess) and the rest of the staff (4 employees approx). While telling them what the other staff member did, he comes inside the kitchen, without going to the bathroom to wash his hands, and stands there looking at me while I was complaining. I said “not only you are outside, grabbing your thing and peeing, but you come inside the kitchen without washing your hands?! You are disgusting!! ” The staff members had nothing to say and no one took care of the situation! I told him, that I was going to complaint to head office and then finally all he said was “oh come on!” I went back to my car with my daughter, and the same employee came out and stood right where he had peed to smoke a cigarette. Perhaps he wanted to show to a camera that he was there smoking only... I hope you take care of this situation and train your staff properly (they also grab money/interact machine and then continue manipulating the food). I hope this will no longer...

My boyfriend and I just ordered tonight 2 meals which they were good no real big complaints there HOWEVER, as I'm fishing my hand in my bag of unsalted fries ( again not a/the big issue ) I pull out not a fry but a lug nut ( a bolt ) a METAL BOLT probably from the fryer or handle , I know this because it was covered/stained in old grease and oil. We took pictures and sent it to UBEREATS however I'm having trouble finding a direct number to the establishment itself and or the head office.
