This management discriminates against cyclists. I went to the drive through today on my bike and they refused to serve me even though there are no signs that say cars only (the rep said "cars only") and there was no line when I got there. I don't own a car and they said driving by on a bike doesn't count. but they wouldn't serve me either if i came in with a bike. and I'm sure they would let someone come in with a big suitcase. I have been to drive throughs all over the city and various Tims, and they always let one or the other. Basically, during a pandemic, where we are supposed to avoid mubeing close to other people indoors, they wanted to insist that I go into the store and risk having my bike stolen. It makes no sense and discriminates people who don't own a car but are still driving to work and wanted to stop by and buy some muffins for their coworker health care professionals who are working hard this covid season. They made the my drink hot even though I said frappe. When I told them it was supposed to be an iced drink, they said it was my fault because I said french vanilla frappe. That supposedly meant a hot latte and in the future I needed to say french vanilla iced cappuccino. They made my drink but only after the manager yelled across the restaurant "tell her to order a vanilla iced capp next time"...you know because they do not know what frappe means. Read moreThere was this old lady at the drive thru me and my cousins went to get food she was extremely rude even thought cousins speak fluent French. I started talking to her in English and told her we needed some time and she responds by saying “ u want time take it” in. very rude tone. We pull up to get the food and she clearly knew that I don’t speak French and speak English she goes on to look at my face and tell me in French to stretch out in a rude and annoying tone so I could take the food.
